Chlorine Ton Container Protective Ends

The end cover assembly can be used as an added layer of security against unauthorized access to the valves and plugs of DOT 106A500 ton containers. These covers may be used to provide additional security during shipment, storage, or in any other situation where tampering or the malicious release of chlorine gas is a concern or  to deter the possible introduction of contaminants into empty containers. Important Features: Rigid construction with internal locking device. Unique wrench required to install and to remove cover. Emergency removal possible with Chlorine Institute B Kit. Will not inhibit relieving capacity as provided by fusible plugs. Will accommodate tamper seals.
